🆓 Free Kira assessment
🎯 Two stations, one take each, just like the real Kira Talent assessment for TMU, Western ABS and every other school that uses Kira. Then I'll show you what reviewers notice first, and you can send your answers to me for feedback.
Find a quiet spot, check your camera and microphone, and sit like it counts. You've got this. 💪
Kira Talent is the platform, and each school builds its own assessment: how many questions, whether you answer on video or in writing, and how long you get. What stays the same is the pressure: a timed prompt, a short prep window and one take, with no redo.
TMU's MD program uses six timed questions on Kira Talent, answered by video and in writing. Every applicant is invited, and it produces the shortlist for file review. TMU says the questions look at your understanding of its mission and values, and your communication, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Western uses Kira for its autobiographical sketch (ABS), with written and video parts, for Western Medicine and Western Dentistry. Western asks you to tell your story beyond grades and test scores: your non-academic strengths, your life experiences and your values.
Some schools run their interviews on Kira, such as Memorial Medicine and McGill Dentistry, and many US programs, pharmacy included, have a Kira step too. Your invitation tells you the exact format.
Yes, it follows Kira's one-take format: a short prep window, a timed answer on camera, a timed written answer and no redo. The prompts are ones I wrote for practice, so you can try the real pressure before it counts.
Anyone with a Kira step: medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, nursing and every other pre-health program, plus residency applicants.
Practise under the clock, one take at a time, and get feedback on what a reviewer actually sees and hears. The Kira Assessment Masterclass gives you a clear way to answer every prompt type, 200 practice prompts with model answers and TMU-style mocks.
Built by Arvin Ardakani, a final-year medical student who coaches medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, nursing and every other pre-health applicant, plus residency applicants, for Kira, CASPer and interviews.
